So...

Many moons later we've devised a little play.

A little play based on certain scenes from the New Testament Gospels.

A little play that seeks to make contact with a subversive passion so often domesticated and religiofried. 

We experimented with style.  To attempt a retelling that had scarce been done before, to bust Jesus out of a stagnant, transcendental niceness. We condensed the story into physical forms, getting rid of props, set and costume. We sought to explore the potential of the body to evoke. And we tried to find an expressive language that went beyond the rational and delved into the murky realm of symbols and dreams. We didn't exactly know where we were going, but something... palpable emerged.

We had a little run in Sydney. 

And we have now a spot in the Melbourne Fringe. 

But we need funds to make it happen.
