Two eagle 'business cards' & car sticker
Recent University of Tasmania research on Tasmanian wedge-tailed eagles has involved catching & tagging fledglings. This means we have their photos and personal stories, which we've turned into business cards. Collect the set! There will be at least 10 different cards available.
1 year's membership + car sticker
Once the website is up and running, we'll email you log-on details so that you can fully participate in this year's survey. You also get a car sticker! Unavailable for the survey this year? You can still enjoy the training resources and other information provided through membership.
1 unique photo ( + car sticker + membership)
Approaching Tasmanian wedge-tailed eagles on the nest - even from many hundreds of metres away - can lead to breeding failure. Formally permitted research into eagle conservation recently required scientists to approach a small number of nests, using low risk procedures. A side-benefit of the research is this quite stunning photo. Printed onto a greetings card (approx. 10 cm x 15 cm), it provides an eagle's - and researcher's - eye view of life in the tree tops.

Albatrossity (+ car sticker + membership)
This booklet is a two-part albatross-inspired artistic adventure. Dr Rachael Alderman’s essay (part 1) describes what we currently know about the Shy Albatross and what we are trying to discover. In part two we relive an Expedition Class adventure that brought this elegant bird into classrooms around Australia, via the Bookend Trust's Andrew Hughes as he paddled a sea kayak through the world of the Shy Albatross. Both parts are beautifully illustrated with student artwork.
WWW T shirt (+ car sticker + membership)
