Kristian Fletcher is an icon of Brisbane culture- QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA.
Since 2000, Kristian has presented cult/classic and retro music events at venues around town.
He's worked as Suzi Quatro's publicist, been named 'Ambassador of Cult Movies' by director John Waters and continues to influence the landscape of the city and beyond.
Without a venue and the increasing cost of hosting events (eg, public liability, movie rights & more), each year Kristian needs a nest egg of money to ensure his annual programs can continue.
Before the event is even held, Kristian requires around $600 to cover venue hire and movie screening fees. Public liability and wages haven't been even taken into consideration at this stage. At an average ticket price of $12 - you can see that these events require significant outlay.
