Hey guys!

For those who know me, you would know ever since I was about 6 or 7, I wanted to be Freddie Mercury. Bombastic, show stopping, theatrical rock n roll has been my life ever since I can remember, and I've reached a point where I want to take the leap and commit wholy to my music aspirations.

I recently moved from our humble little town of Shepparton several months ago, to the big city of Melbourne, in order to pursue this dream. Shepparton folks would have seen me both behind the mixing desk and on the stages of every possible venue, and it was time to begin carving out a name for myself in the Melbourne music scene.

Tyler James the band, and 'She Loves The Storm', the debut record, is the culmination of 21 years of living and breathing music, although it is notable that 80% of the record is made up of new songs. This is a testament to the fact that the material I'm writing is better than ever, and that my best years are ahead of me. It is a lifelong dream of mine to release this record, and I am hoping my dear friends and family, as well as anyone who has taken an interest in what I do, will help make this record happen.

To achieve a realistic cost of the record, everybody participating at every level are doing me incredible favours as friends, from the additional musicians on the record, to the mix engineer, to knowledgable industry heavyweights offering their expertise.

The record will cost $5000 to be mixed by Melbourne based Engineer, Cameron Canobie, again at a reduced rate.

As you can see, the target of $2500 is half of what we're accounting for, without even factoring in marketing, promotions and manufacture, however I don't believe its fair to ask for the whole funds, and anything received is greatly appreciated, and should we exceed the target, the funds will be very important to the success of the record.
