Vintage ferment tasting
Taste through the ferments of the 2017 vintage, learn and see how wine is made with the winemaker. Taste your way through the cool climate classics and the emerging mediterranean varietals being made at Bellwether. Tasting includes current vintage releases too. Groups will be limited to no more than 5 to ensure an intimate experience.
Camping at Glen Roy
Camp among 400 year old red gums next to the 1868 Glen Roy Shearing Shed/Bellwether winery. Luxury toilets and bathroom facilities provided along with 3 x bottles of Bellwether wine for a group of 4 for 3 nights at an unpowered site.
Climate change dozen
12 wines from our climate change Ant series range. Varieties like Vermentino, Tempranillo, Bianco d'Alessano, Nero d'Avola and others. Varieties that are appropriate for their climate so they don't need as much irrigation and hold acid better. They also offer us more diversity of texture and flavours to go with multicultural nature of food across Australia.
10yrs of Coonawarra Cab
Taste from the inaugural 2006 to the 2016 Bellwether Coonawarra Cabernet in barrel, in a private tasting with the winemaker. A personalised education of style and each season, including a visit to the vineyard block where the wine comes from. The taster gets to take home the remaining bottles (no more than 4 people in a group). Could be negotiated to be near you if you can't come to Coonawarra.
Wine education 101
2 days tasting wines from around the world. Bellwether winemaker, Sue will guide you through the expression of different varieties in various climates, improve your understanding of diversity in wine. Includes lunch each day, all wines & tuition Sat 9.30am - 2pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm. Sue has 20 years experience around Australia & overseas, wine show judge, past Dux of the Len Evans tutorial, ASVO Winemaker of the year and passionate advocate for healthier wine consumption.

Camp & cook around a camp fire, visit farms, see how food is grown, spend time in native bush, see the importance of biodiversity in nature and society. Includes Bell tent accommodation for two, food and wine. In conjunction with local aboriginal, farming and chef friends.
