Taste through the ferments of the 2017 vintage, learn and see how wine is made with the winemaker. Taste your way through the cool climate classics and the emerging mediterranean varietals being made at Bellwether. Tasting includes current vintage releases too. Groups will be limited to no more than 5 to ensure an intimate experience.

Bellwether winemaker, Sue will guide you through the expression of different varieties in various climates, improve your understanding of diversity in wine.
