Peter TisdallTeam, thank you for driving this. I am passionate around transparency on this particular project. It baffles me how the currect state of affairs came about. It is such a poorly administered project that impacts the very future of our needs today and tomorrow; both in education and business. With Infrastructure that resembles a 3rd world/developing nation, we struggle to obtain the basic ADSL 2+ speeds, let alone anything higher. Telstra refuse to upgrades local RIMs and Exchanges to cater for more DSL Ports, and comsumers are asked to wait until a port become available, or wait for the NBN. The other option they suggest is ti use the 4G wireless services - something only Gina Rinehart can afford and with a cap at 25Gb data allowance, we will be topping up the credit card payments every few days. Yes, Telstra loves that idea. Telstra are even charging higher for ADSL1, than ADSL2, as ports for the former are available to crying customers with nothing in place today. The sign up busines clients to the "Digital Business" product offering 20Mb, but fail to deliver 1mb due to failing/aging infrastructure. Qu: why would the NBN/Australian government ever think of limiting speeds to 100mb ? There are cities in the USA, and while financially cripples for many other reasons, that happily have a 'Gig' network running to factories, households and the like. Let's get this party started, i'm tired of these poor speeds and crippling contracts in Australia.12y

Craig ThomlerHi Renai, shame it has to come to this to get transparency on a document that was released freely by agencies under the former government. However a worthy cause given the significance of the NBN to Australia's future.12y
