Greg DavisI've sent emails and video to you regarding my now non working Quarter. It charge with cord but when I tried to use the car charger which I opted for, the unit made a popping noise and small amount of smoke was produced. It is now DEAD and I've gotten NO response from you. Please refund my payment. And before you ask to have me email you with a video, I already have.9y

Vinay OedairamsinghHi, Since a couple of days my Quarter is making an strange sound when I charge it with my Macbook Air (2014) adapter. It doesn't charge very well, normally it takes an hour to charge it full. But now it's taking longer than that period of time. Is there something not good with it? Harry LeungHi there i have the same issue also the battery pack. If you gently shake the Quarter something is sliding inside,as if the internal battery has come loose inside of the housing. Any chance you can contact me with help on these issues Thanks in advance Happy holidays!9y
