We need your help to produce a Seven With Another book featuring every piece of art we've ever exhibited.

Seven With Another (SWA) is a Brisbane-based series of art exhibitions with a difference. Every exhibition takes 14 well­ known creative individuals, from a variety of professions, and pairs them together in seven teams to create an artwork together. By pairing creatives from different fields e.g. an opera singer with an animator; a graphic designer with an architect etc, we not only deliver an exciting exhibition of works, but also invite the different creatives involved to step out of their comfort zone and discover more about how, why and what they create by working with someone unexpected. The results are often surprising, but always wonderful, and show the true value of collaboration.



To date, we have held seven successful exhibitions (or 'editions' as we like to call them) and, excitingly, have been asked by Brisbane Powerhouse to hold a five week retrospective featuring the work from all seven editions in March / April this year.

Which brings us to why we need your help.

We would like to produce a book - a retrospective program, if you will - that showcases every piece of work and every artist involved in all seven editions to date. But, importantly, we don't want this book to just be a memento of the retrospective exhibition and a celebration of Seven With Another (as important as these things are!). We also want it to be a high-quality and sought-after piece stocked in bookstores that helps to promote Queensland art and design in every area. A collectable book that becomes a much-loved keepsake. But we need additional funds to make it happen.

Every cent we raise from this Pozible campaign will go towards the cost of producing the retrospective and printing copies of our retrospective book. And if we raise more than our target, we'll just print more copies! Seven With Another co-founders and award-winning designers, Monique Kneepkens and Jessica Huddart, will donate their time to design and put together the book for free with the help of the entire Seven With Another team, but we still desperately need cash to cover hard costs.

Our wonderful print sponsors Rothfield have generously helped out with their own donation - and we can't thank them enough. But unfortunately we still need more.

Our target of $12,000 covers all paper and print costs associated with producing the book, including free copies which will be given to every artist who has ever participated as a memento and 'thank you' for their time and hard work.

Our project is very much a labour of love which lives or dies on this campaign. If we do not raise the necessary funds, we won't produce the book. So please help us out!
