What is Bindle Nurture 4 Nurses?

Bindle Nurture 4 Nurses was born by a small group of Melbournians who wanted to do something more than just 'stay home' during the Covid 19 pandemic. Two clear objectives emerged, thanking our nurses for the tireless work that they do to care for and protect our community and supporting our local businesses in a time of great need. 

With your help, our goal is to ensure Australia’s unsung healthcare heroes know their work is acknowledged and appreciated. 

The team at Bindle has curated a beautiful care package for our nurses with rest and relaxation at the forefront of our thoughts. Each element of the gift is locally sourced, helping to sustain our homegrown producers.  

The Nurture 4 Nurses Bindle will delight and pamper with:

Why? Because they deserve it! 

The round-the-clock work of our nurses has flown under the radar for centuries. The Coronavirus Pandemic has thrust our nurses into the spotlight and highlighted the risks and sacrifices inherent in the nursing profession on a daily basis. 

We want to say thank you to ALL nurses – whether they’re in ICU, on triage in Emergency, giving flu jabs in general practise or delivering babies. 

With our resounding gratitude, it’s the least we can do. Keep up the great work nurses, we’re counting on you.

Please select from the bundle offers on the right-hand side of the page based on how much you are able to contribute. Please note we are unable to send out ‘part-Bindles’ so any contribution under $100 will be combined with other donations to deliver one complete Bindle. 

Our goal is to send out an initial 100 'Nurture 4 Nurses' Bindles. 

As nurses knock off from their shifts, we’ll salute them with these gifts.

Seed of Kindness: Seed Heritage, together with Marie Claire, recently launched its Seed of an Idea campaign to help women kickstart their own businesses. But in this new climate, they’ve shifted the focus and will be supporting charities and local social enterprises... including... Bindle Nurture 4 Nurses! 

Bindle prides itself on sending sentiments of kinship, gratitude and kindness through consciously curated gifts (Bindles). 

We need to raise $10,000 to be able to gift 100 nurses across the country with an exquisitely presented, hand wrapped, Australian-designed Bindle. We're asking for any contribution whether it’s $10 or $500, every donation will help us deliver a comforting care package to a nurse in desperate need of a 'virtual' hug and also directly help local Australian owned businesses stay afloat during this time.

Your contribution will cover the products from the 'gift set' you select as well postage and packaging costs. Once we've hit our $10,000 goal, we'll pack and ship 100 Bindles straight to our nominated nurses* from our Bindle headquarters in Richmond, Victoria. 

*Recipients will be selected at random from the list of nominated nurses. Nurses must be currently registered and their registration will be verified with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
