After the successful 1st campaign it is time to keep up public awareness or car dooring on our streets. We all want to get home in one piece and we want our streets to be safe places from all people regardless of age and gender to encouraged to ride. This campaign funds the printing of stickers that have been designed to attach to parking and power poles reminding car drivers to look before they open their doors. Simple, cheap yet very effective. We have responded to feedback and included colour. Green was chosen to identify with the green bike lane markings, and stands out from other stickers.<br><br>We have also designed a horizontal sticker that can be easily put on to car bumpers or rear windows.
How The Funds Will Be Used

The Challenges
Most stickers put into the public realm remain. A great testament to the quality of the stickers and that councils, cleaners and vicroads have largely not been removing them. That said tickers helping make High St, (Westgarth) safe have been removed. Many donors to the last campaign have yet to put up stickers. I implore you to please get them out there as much as possible. Safety in numbers
