Hans SipsmaI have only lived in the Huon valley for two years but after travelling all over Australia, and before that many areas of the world, I think this is one of the nicest places I have seen and have come to love it. The people here are exeptionally welcoming and community minded. The mix of farming, hills, river, coast and forests are amongst the most beautiful in the world. I would hate all this to be destroyed by fossil fuel mining of any kind and especially shale gas. That is why I will put a sign on my gate and encourage all other residents to do the same.11y
