Henry's sourdough starter.
Henry has been baking bread recently- sourdough is surprisingly easy if you follow the instructions. You just need a starter. It's a live yeast that requires low level care and will do all the hard work in getting your bread to rise. My starter came from a friend who claims it's 150 YEARS OLD!
