GIG DATE ANNOUNCEMENT: November 28th!

For the first time ever you have the opportunity to put your Slacktivism to good use. Through the Pozible Gigs competitions your likes, shares and tweets could turn into thousands of dollars for a great cause.

A rock project to raise money for ACON, a health promotion organization with a central focus on HIV/AIDS. The trick, we want you to get Slack. With a low goal target we aim to focus on the social-media aspect of the competition the next level (CUE AWEOME 90'S "NEXT LEVEL" SOUND FX!).
















At the centre of this Pozible is a simple plan, (not the awful pop/punk band, yuck), to put on a gig at Sydney's most flipping adorable venue: The Newsagency.

With a capacity of only 50 people every one will be treated to VIP treatment. While your ears fill with musical love you'll feel the warm and fuzzies knowing you are actively improving the lives of young people from all across the rainbow spectrum and providing financial support to one of NSW's most respected health groups.

Headlined by The Great Gatsby's Brendan Maclean, the night will include sensational local acts including Sam Buckingham, Bayden Packwood, Rosie Catalano and James Leahy and special guests like Miss Little and Jack Colwell - all the profits from the event will go directly to ACON.

ACON is New South Wales’ leading health promotion organisation specialising in HIV and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) health.

Incorporated in 1985 as the AIDS Council of NSW, ACON has been widely recognised as an innovative, successful organisation which has adapted to changes in the HIV epidemic and responded early to emerging health issues among our communities.

The internet is full of campaigns looking for money for needy causes. The "market", for lack of a better word, is flooded.

This campaign provides a gnarly digital rewards and a single opt-in event so that the pay off is immediate. It also has an option to not give financially, so that people can use their Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn* to show their support. With the click of a button people have shared the campaign further to those who might like to give a financial offering whilst supporting the campaign themselves.

*Don't use LinkedIn, nobody wants that.
