How Schulz Dairy Brought Back Glass-Bottled Milk
Happy cows produce delicious milk. This has been the philosophy for the past 46 years at Schulz Organic Dairy - an organic dairy farm located in the scenic Timboon. With a focus on sustainable and ethical farming, Schulz Organic Dairy are one of the most beloved independent dairy farms in Victoria.
The Campaign
2 billion 1-litre single-use plastic bottles of milk are used and discarded in Australia each year and Schulz Dairy no longer wanted to be a part of this. Thus their campaign to raise $48,000 to produce their full cream milk in reusable glass bottles was born.
Launching on the 31st of July, 2018 and closing just one month later with 1182 supporters jumping on board to raise a whopping $106,100!
With a proactive promotion strategy and rewards such as farm tours, KeepCups, tote bags and the milk itself - it's no wonder so many people jumped on board to pledge!

Post Pozible campaign
Following the incredible success of their crowdfunding campaign, the Schulz Team have been on the moove! They are now producing 5000 glass bottles per week, which will eliminate up to 10 tonnes of plastic from our environment!
