I hope to make 2016 mark the release of my second full studio album, “Soul Cried”.  It is very exciting for me to see the time, energy and work that I have invested coming to fruition.  I have evolved so much personally and as a songwriter since the release of my first album in 2003 and another EP that was released in 2012.



This time round I have the great privilege and honour to work with Sydney Music Composer John Ertler to get this project off the ground. John has a long track record in the music industry in Sydney for producing songs and working with a number of talented artists that seek his expertise.


I want nothing more than to share my story with the world through my music, inspire others especially those that have disabilities to believe in themselves and to follow their dreams. 

I have a rare form of dwarfism called Kniest Dysplasia. There are less than 200 people worldwide with this condition. Growing up with Kniest can be quite challenging at times, full of various surgeries and many months in hospital throughout my life.

Although something that always gives me great joy and has always served as a form of expression, ever since I can remember is my music and writing poetry which has got me through some of my darkest days to even my greatest joys in life.

I would love to take my finished product to hospitals to help inspire other kids with all kinds of disabilities in the future. I like to always live my life to the fullest and be positive, when things come along that knock me down or set me back I make it a point to deal with it the best I know how and find the lesson in every situation, I don’t like to take no for an answer. I am very excited about what the future holds for me and how this new record will play a part in that.

My financial goal is to raise $12,000. Your support will assist make this recording and my dreams come to life.

If I raise $12,000 the funds will be used to record the ten more tracks to finish my album. I have already recorded two tracks so far. The majority of the funds will be needed for time in the studio, mastering and cd production.

Any amount remaining will be used for the publishing of a book which I am currently writing about my life.

The way Crowdfunding works:

1. It is not an investment or charity. It is an exchange: funds from fans for rewards from me.

2. The funds are only deducted from you when I reach my total goal amount.

If I exceed my goal of $12,000 I will donate 5% of the additional money earned to the Starlight Foundation. I'd like to give back to the starlight foundation as they supported me when I was 17 by giving me a new computer so that I could pursue my goals to study IT and Digital Media in college, another passion of mine.

 The Starlight Foundation is an excellent cause that does not receive any government funding and desperately rely on the support and donations to help brighten the lives of seriously ill and hospitalised children across Australia.

It may be that I might not have enough to record a total of 10 tracks (I already have 2 recorded so that would make 12 tracks for the album). So If required I would reduce the amount of tracks I record to make a minimum of 8 tracks including the two I have already. So I would only need enough to record a total of 6 tracks. I am willing to be flexible with the number of total tracks on the final album if required. 

I will aim to do my absolute best to deliver you all a great Album that I am very proud of and that I hope you will love as well.

Hopefully everything will fall in to place like it has started to already with the recording of my latest track "Over You" which I will explain more about in this video below.
