We want to launch Australia's first esports beer!

Gravitas Glory beer is a new, limited edition beer brewed by award-winning Urban Alley Brewery in Docklands Victoria.. It will be the first esports beer produced for an esports team in Australia.  

Who is Gravitas?

Gravitas is a professional esports team playing in the LCO. Gravitas was formed in 2019 when we secured a spot in the OPL (now the LCO), current Gravitas squad below you can watch them on Tuesday and Wednesdays on Twitch and YouTube.   We are an up and coming team backed by Sports Geek looking to bring new and fresh ideas to the esports scene. 

Who is Urban Alley Brewery?

Urban Alley was founded in 2015.  Combining traditional recipes with new flavours and twists, Urban Alley continues to impress judges winning multiple beer industry awards (see latest below). The Urban Alley brewers take pride in selecting only the finest ingredients from around the world and where possible sourcing directly from the farm. Production has been challenged at every level to ensure that processes adhere to strict quality and sustainability benchmarks. 

About the beer - Gravitas Glory

From our friends at Urban Alley, "We're delighted to present this limited special release, brewed in collaboration with esports team Gravitas. With flavours of candied orange and pine, a medium body with a slight haze, this elixir is perfectly smashable - just like the opposing team.  Extra powers and health regeneration not guaranteed."

It's designed to be light enough to drink during those long gaming sessions or watching a Gravitas game on Twitch.

Why do this? WHY THE HELL NOT?

Two of our values at Gravitas are collaboration and courage.  We want to be courageous to try new things in game and in business and we look for great teammates to deliver wins.  Partnering with Urban Alley Brewery makes perfect sense, they make great beer and like us are willing to try new things.  This campaign has been set up to raise funds so that we can produce this awesome, limited edition, craft beer with you guys! The money raised from this project will go towards production costs like ingredients, brewing equipment, packaging materials etc., as well as merchandise on offer as part of the rewards. 

Gravitas Glory will ONLY be available via this POZIBLE campaign it will not be available for retail sale.

Gravitas Glory Launch Party

Save the Date - August 27th!  You’ll be invited to the launch party for Gravitas Glory at Urban Alley Brewery in Docklands Victoria.  Gravitas players and coaches will be in attendance (pending travel restrictions and playing committments) and you’ll be able to pick up your Gravitas Glory beer and merch on the night.

How will the funds be used?

We need the funds to pay for the beer to be made with our good friends at Urban Alley.  The funds from this campaign will deliver a limited run of award-winning Urban Alley beer.  Gravitas Glory will ONLY be available via this POZIBLE campaign.

We do not foresee any major risks from our planning as we have great supporters of esports and beer that have supported us in the past and we hope they support this campaign.  Nothing is gauranteed in life, especially in crowdfunding.  Please share this campaign with friends and join us at the Gravitas Glory launch party in August.

Gravitas and Urban Alley Brewey supports the responsible service of alcohol.  It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.  All products shipped by us must therefore be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18 years. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to ship outside of Australia.
