Poo Man all started out as a bit of fun with my three kids, they love gross stuff and fun apps so I told them I was going to create an app called 'Poo Man'. They all laughed at me told me that I could not create an app hence why I need your help!
Poo Man was in fact a game I used to play with my sister when we were kids (a long time ago now!) I used to steal her school books and graffiti them with images of Poo Man, then two pages later I would write "Poo Man Strikes again!" I know that even though she acted annoyed it made her laugh at school.
Poo Man is a simple game that involves throwing poo at a pile of mini stinkies throughout 10 different levels however the the best part is having the ability to download your friends faces from Facebook and throw poo at them directly. Let a little frustration out on a friend of yours, it's all just a bit of fun. Adults may cringe but kids (at least mine) will love it.
To build this app will prove to my kids that anything is possible.
The goals behind it
The app is a culmination of a number of goals and then a few more I gathered as the project progressed
1. The Kids - Initially this was about proving to my kids that anything was possible, that even dad who doesn't work in gaming or having a computer degree can build and market a game for the whole family.
2. Fun & Entertainment - I wanted to create something that families could have fun with
3. Giving Back - 10% of any funds raised from Poo Man are automatically donated to CANTEEN
4. Australian Made - At every turn I was told to build this app overseas. I chose to build in Australia and employ Australians
Fun and Entertaining
Give back to our community and society by sponsoring a charity with 10% of profits going towards CANTEEN.
To show friends and family that life is short and you should just go for your dreams.
Raise awareness for mens' mental health.

To buy toilet paper and different styles of poo
I am personally funding 80% costs, the $5000 raised will go toward:
$3000 App development
$2000 Toward exclusive merchandise for supporters & digital marketing expenses
1) Time Management; I am loving getting into this project but I am an electrician by trade and its been difficult dealing with shifting timelines.
2) The Wife: Convincing her to spend our hard earned on this project. She is a good woman I know she will come around
3) Cut through; there are a lot of apps out there but there is only one Pooman. We need to get the marketing mix right to get our message out there.
