Electric Trike, a fully electrical powered vehicle with 3 wheels. It not only saves the Earth from air pollution, it also provides a new experience for the user as it has 2 wheels in front unlike a normal motorcycle. Besides providing new experience, this brand new kind of vehicle also helps to decrease the rate of motorcycles accidents since it is more stable than a normal motorcycle. 
This idea actually starts with a group of students who love dream big and dare to do something new and innovative. After involves in a few automotive related projects, the team came out with an idea to build something different and special which can provides benefits and fun to the user. After researching around the internet, the team thought of mixing these 2 ideas to become something new. First is an electric powered power train, which does not consume any petrol fuel and does not emit anything harmful to human body. Second idea is to create a vehicle with 3 wheels which provide significantly higher stability to the riders comparing to a normal motorcycle. With these 2 ideas combined, an electric trike is born.

What we have done
To make this dream comes true, the team has already started this project from scratch, an idea, 3D drawings, researching and so on. To create a really functional and user friendly trike, we have to make sure all of the parts are well designed in an engineering way to ensure it has a well performance.
Besides all this paper works and computerized simulated software, we also successfully create a prototype with a smaller motor and battery and only 2 wheels to get a basic idea of this project. Most of the parts of the vehicle are manufactured in-house using the CNC machine. Therefore, we can customize design our parts to fulfil the customers' needs.
A 2 wheels prototype has been built to test the functionality of this concept and it's powered by a small motor. It is a successful prototype to let us have the confident to continue on this electric trike project.

Targeted Customers
For this project, our main target customers are the motorcyclists. One of the main aim of this project is to decrease the rate of motorcyclists accidents by increasing the stability of it and also the visibility of the vehicle. We can guarantee a brand new and fun experience for the rider and will definitely enjoy it.
Other than that, people who wish to protect the Earth and reduce the amount of air pollution will definitely love this vehicle as it does not emit harmful and smelly smokes like the normal cars and motorcycles.

Customization
In order to be more user friendly and more attractive, we also provide customization on the colour of the chassis. The buyer has the privilege to customize his or her trike into the desired colour. We provide the spraying service for the trike too without any extra charges.
How The Funds Will Be Used
The fund will mostly used on the power train of the electric trike, which is the battery and the electric motor. These 2 are the main core parts of this project as they determine the efficiency and the performance of this vehicle. As to provide a good performance for the trike, it requires a powerful motor and an efficient battery.
The Challenges
The challenges and obstacles that we are facing now is mainly the electrical part. Since this is a fully electrical powered vehicle, so the electrical part plays a very crucial role. Especially the battery and the motor part, the battery must be enough to power the vehicle for a long duration and the motor has to have enough torque to drive the vehicle.
Therefore, we are researching more about this area and a lot of calculations need to be done in order to make this a success project. We assure that we are able to make this a success with enough research and study.
Other than that, funding is also one of the obstacles of this project which is the main objective we posted this on Pozible. As mentioned above, to able to acquire a powerful motor and an efficient battery, it requires a large amount of money. Therefore, we really hope that you can pledge for us and lend us a hand for making this electric trike a successful project.
