Chocolate has the power to evoke those memories, to make you feel old sensations anew. To be sure, chocolate is food, glorious food—from fudge to truffles to a chocolate slice just like mum used to make. But for us at Cloud 9 Chocolates, it is much, much more than that. Chocolate is our passion, our expertise and our lives, and we would love to share it with you! For us, chocolate is sublime, even sensual. From the first whiff of a truffle or ganache, to the moment when the silky goodness parts gently between our teeth, sometimes revealing another delectable surprise inside, it’s a pleasure like none other, from start to finish.

The Chocolate Process...

Cloud 9 Chocolates will operate in Australia, in particular the Canberra region. The business is an online chocolate delivery business that imports hand-made premium direct from Belgium.
You as a consumer, simply go onto the website (currently being built) and start your order process. Cloud 9 Chocolates differs from your typical chocolate stores by offering you complete customization of your order.
What this means is that:

1) YOU select how many chocolates you would like. We have options of 8, 16, 32 and 64.
2) YOU select exactly what chocolates you want. For example if you have selected the box of 16 and would like 16 Passion Creme, then you can do so! Or if you would like half of one and half of another, then you can do so. Its all up to you!
3) YOU select what date and time you would like your delivery!
4) Complete your order and sit back as the unique tasting and delicious chocolates get delivered to your door!

With your help and assistance, Cloud 9 Chocolates can be born and we can start providing pure hand-made Belgium chocolates to the people! We have most things in place to start operation but lack the financial capacity to ensure the chocolate vision comes to fruition! The website is being finalysed, the chocolates are ready to be made and transported and the packaging boxes have been designed and ready to be manufactured.

Ultimately, the following breakdown is needed to ensure Cloud 9 Chocolates gets off the ground!

- $3500 for the chocolates to be produced and delivered
- $3000 for the boxes to be made and delivered
- $500 marketing material such as brochures and posters.

Risks & Challenges

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we simply cannot perform delivery outside of AUSTRALIA. The chocolates will simply melt during transportation and will not be suitable for consumption.  We would love to bring the Belgium world to all parts of the globe and the goal is to ensure that Cloud 9 Chocolates has a global presence in the future, However at present we are limited in out distribution and want you to understand that if you are not located in Australia, then we will unfortunately not be able to give you our selected perks.
