Milaana's vision is to empower our youth by increasing their job readiness and their community engagement. We do this through connecting them with project-based internships with heart via www.milaana.org.
By helping our youth to understand the problems in our local community, we empower them to contribute to the solutions.

In the spirit of full transparency, once fully launched the site will remain free for students and organisations will pay a small annual registration fee (dependent on the type of organization) to allow us to maintain and continue to grow the platform.
We have been working hard to validate our core concepts and now we need your help to transform our prototype into a fully functioning platform! Join us in this exciting development stage as we make our vision a reality!

How The Funds Will Be Used
To make some real improvements, we need to raise at least $15,000 and the more we can raise, the more our platform can achieve!
We have been testing the prototype amongst early adopters since September 2013 and constantly talking to potential users about exactly what they would use and pay for. We are therefore confident in knowing that we make with the funds raised will be truly valued.

The Challenges
A big challenge is certainly reaching our base target of $15,000 and the key to achieving this is our community. For the success of this campaign we will need many smaller individual donations, a large number of registration subscriptions and at least a few larger sponsorship donations. We have been working hard to grow our community, ensuring our video and this campaign reaches far and wide but to truly build a vibrant, far-reaching and supportive community, we would LOVE your help!!!
