We are on the lookout for a Marketing and PR Guru that can hit the ground running and create a whirlwind around everything Pozible. 

The ideal person will be be an “outside of the box” creative that has ideas aplenty and is ready to step up to the plate and execute on bringing customers in and broadcasting Pozible to the masses. 

What will you be doing?

The Position

Marketing & PR Coordinator

Marketing (50% of Role)

  • Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

  • Supporting staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

  • Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

  • Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Public Relations (50% of Role)

  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.

  • Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.

  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.

  • Collating and analysing media coverage;

  • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;

  • Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;

  • Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;

  • Maintaining and updating information on the website.

  • Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

  • Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.

  • Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.

  • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
