A TALE OF TWO LABELS
For the past three years, two environmentally focused fashion labels have worked side by side, building two small businesses, all the while collaborating and supporting each other. Sharing a space in Adelaide for the past year that has become a hub for celebrating sustainable fashion, art practices and yoga (Open Studio Adl), B GOODS LABEL and Vege Threads have been working tirelessly to see their dream of becoming a transparent South Australian designed and made label realised. 

As we prepare to show our joint South Australian made collections in Australia this September, we have also been invited to exhibit in Paris at Who's Next. This opportunity was completely unexpected but is too important to pass up...It will take Australian-made, ethical fashion to the world - though we will need your help!

We have always believed strongly in sharing our journey and story with our customers and we know you will be as excited as we are for the opportunity to showcase South Australian sustainable design on an international platform. Please share our story and campaign within your network and we can't thank you all enough for your support in getting us this far. 

The cost of getting to Paris, to realise this opportunity is huge. Insurmountable alone. The total bill is close to $20,000.
Along with our own investment raised funds will go directly towards the below

Sampling costs ( local tailoring, Made in Australia ) $3000
Pattern Making (locally) $2000
Trade Show fee $5,000
Photographing of the collections ( models, photographers )  $1500
Collateral for the Trade Show (booklets, business cards, swing tags, all printed locally on recycled stock using vegetable ink) $1000
Flights $2,200 ( x2 ) 
Ethical Clothing Certification & Australian Made Accreditation Fees $600

We believe wholeheartedly in this new venture and know that with our combined forces we will have more time to pursue the philanthropic aspects of our businesses which have always been so important to us. This opportunity to show our new collections in Paris is monumental, but an expense we did not see coming. As with all the challenges we have faced with our respective businesses thus far, we are taking this one head on too, and will pool our resources to get us there. We are so grateful for any support we receive from this campaign, and of course every dollar will help!
