Guitar Trek was launched in 1987 to showcase the Guitar Family (treble, standard, baritone & bass). Almost 30 years later, Tim Kain and members continue to reinvent the quartet medium.
With your kind support, Guitar Trek will be recording in June and releasing a brand new disc in October this year. On this disc we venture into new territory with an array of shorter pieces from many different countries and corners of the repertoire – be prepared for a few surprises! This will be a disc of pieces we all love, and aiming to appeal to wide range of music lovers.
*Update* We are pleased to announce three tracks that will be on the New Album! We're sure you'll love Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers, Albeniz's Tango & Brahms' Intermezzo plus the music of Rodrigo, Ramirez, Satie, Montes & More!

The Challenges
The hardest challenge will be for the sound engineer having to put up with our jokes in the studio! haha!
In all seriousness, we have each recorded many albums in the past and are quite excited to get back in the studio again for this project! The repertoire is entertaining, invigorating and inspiring!
