Thank you everyone for your generous donations! Any extra money we raise will go towards next year's project at both the Acacia and Banksia campuses of Keysborough College. :-)
The inside Out Project was started by street artist JR in 2011 to enable people to use art to change their communities. Year 9 students at Keysborough Secondary College brought the project to their school last year to raise awareness against discrimination by pasting up huge portrait photos that celebrated difference and diversity.
This year a team of year 9 and 10 students have come together to do the project again but this time it's going to be even bigger! Their goal is to paste up 100 portraits and group photos of students at their school that promote self confidence and positive body image. We help this will boost the self esteem of people who take part in the project. With your help we will be able to achieve our goal.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Each poster costs $10 for printing and glue so our goal is to raise enough money to print and paste up 100 posters. This would happen at our school's Banksia campus.
We also want the Inside Out Project to run in the future and the students are talking about making it happen at Keysborough College's Acacia campus next year, where Acacia students would choose an issue that effects their community. Any additional money raised will be used to fund the Inside Out Project in 2015 and 2016 across the college. $5,000 would enable the project to be achieved at both Banksia and Acacia campuses in the next two years.
All donations will be gratefully accepted because every cent counts.

The Challenges
The main obstacle would be not being able to fund the project in the future and that's why we're doing a huge campaign now. The students have already started taking photos and the excitement is building around the school.
The students have also been raising money at school through a raffle, BBQ and selling cupcakes however we need as much support as possible to make the project happen this year and be successful for the next two years.

Invitation to the launch
