Sounds simple but of course with everything these days it costs a lot of money which with your help I am hoping to raise here. With a website up and running I will be able to keep you updated on all my latest products, classes, demonstrations, seasonal products, ice-creams, markets & any other events or demonstrations around town. Through my website I will have the facility to send you exciting newsletters keeping you updated and provide information on local producers currently in use as well keeping you informed to where you can buy my products from. With this funding I may even be able to set up an online shop so that we can post out all your favourite chocolate treats!

Once the website is live I will be able to promote my business more and spread the chocolate love far and wide to the people of Perth. Although I have a small but loyal customer base in Subiaco who I couldn't have got this far without, it is now time to grow my business into the Perth market so I can sustain my ability to bring you the highest of quality chocolate. What I do is unique to not only Perth but Australia and with my expertise my mission is to educate and share my love of fine chocolate to everyone out there!

How The Funds Will Be Used
If I raise more funds (fingers crossed!) then I will be able to develop a whole new range of products, purchase new moulds, develop a Christmas range and buy more chocolate!

Private Chocolate Class
Private chocolate class in your home (within the Perth metro area) for up to 6 guests. You will be educated on the origins of chocolate & taste different chocolate from around the world. I will then teach you how to temper chocolate, make ganache & fill truffles. You & your guests will come away with the tricks & techniques to make your own as well as a box of delicious treats! Classes will be booked in advance in the months of October & November.
