确定设计理念后，如何实现锂电池中储备的电力方便的输入到手机等移动设备成为我们项目第一需要思考的问题。
初定的方案是把发电机和电源合并在一起，固定在自行车前轮转轴的位置，但是这样会出现几个问题。
一、外形太过笨重，不够美观
二、输出电流的连接线太长，不利于骑行
三、储存的电量不方便携带
讨论过后，我们拆分发电机和移动电源为两部分，把发电机固定于转轴上持续发电把移动电源部分分离出来，
方便随身携带，且在移动电源上增加了多功能高亮LED灯，光距可达50米至100米，五档调光换挡，户外必备。
2. 外型设计和材料
为了体现产品理念和气质，我们寻找知名设计公司对外观进行重新设计。
同时，为了适应户外运动的特性，防止产品外壳刮花和老化变形，在外壳材料中添加特殊试剂，反复测试以达到最佳状态。
我们为的是极致的产品，健康无忧的骑行生活是给我们的完美回报。
3. 防水
真正无忧的户外骑行发电设备，就是在任何场景都无忧使用，如何解决防水问题又成了我们项目推进的阻碍。
发电机轴承采用航天级不锈钢材质，防止受潮生锈。
移动电源部分我们采用密封圈密封，同时改善接口结构，实现IPX6级防水。
最终呈现在大家面前的产品，都是经过我们精心的研究和打磨而成。
4. 不同自行车的通用性
不同品牌自行车的车轮及花鼓会有差异，导致我们产品无法装配，因此我们会根据不同品牌或型号的自行车配制相应配件，
满足不同品牌或型号的自行车爱好者的需求。

一、每款自行车的前叉和花鼓的距离适配；
二、转轴的大小适配。（如果你有DIY精神把后轮碟刹拆了装后轮效果会更佳：）
因为市面上的自行车品牌太多，型号更是成千上万，我们没法列举所有能匹配的自行车型号。
因此制定了一个适配标准来衡量是否能安装骑士魔方。
①、测量前叉和花鼓之间最小距离必须≥10mm
②、花鼓盘突出的部分直径需要≤36mm
③、确认自行车转轴的直接是15mm还是19mm，为其选择合适的适配件
确定这三个条件就可以安装我们的骑士魔方了

Knight cube, in the design and manufacturing process, inevitably encountered a lot of difficulties and unpredictable problems, which will undoubtedly give us a great challenge.

1. Structure and Function
