26/05/2013:
Thank you for your patience! Turning the physical book into an eBook fit for sale on Amazon has not been as straight forward as I'd anticipated! While there are lots of relatively easy ways to turn novels into eBooks, we've found it not as straight-forward for our photo-and-illustration-intensive book. So we'll be tackling this in two stages starting with eBook version 1.0 - an interactive pdf document. If you are one of the wonderful people who pledged for a copy of the interactive pdf - you will receive a link this week to eJunkie where the book will be available for you to download. Thank you for your patience and I look forward to sharing my LBD-for-work inspiration with you soon! x

27/02/2013:
We made it! Ok we reached my target a day earlier but thank you to all of you who by campaign's end helped me achieve 109% of my target which means WE'RE GOING TO PRINT! If you were a supporter (thank you!), sit tight for the postal delivery and if you missed out, please swing by and pick it up from The LBD Project exhibition on at Melbourne Central March 1 - 31 as part of the L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival! I cannot wait to show you the book!

25/02/13:
OOMG LESS THAN 40 HOURS TO REACH MY CAMPAIGN TARGET SO I'VE MADE A VIDEO!
One of the benefits of wanting to get my book printed right here in Melbourne is that we got to go visit and take t a first look at it! Scroll to the top of the page and hit the "Play" button!

Update 24/02/13  #2:

Update 20/02/13:
Have you seen Dave Dixon's comment on the comments page? I did and it made me cry. It reminded me that this project isn't just about me, really. I want it to be a practical but fun resource for women to get more out of the "uniform for the modern woman" (what Vogue magazine dubbed Coco Chanel's, little black dress). However I've now seen an opportunity to add some substance to this style project and can announce that I'll be donating $1 from every physical and eBook* sold to OneGirl - a Melbourne-based crew who help educate girls in Sierra Leone, one of the worst places in the world to be born a girl.
*If you have already donated, $1 from your pledge will go to OneGirl as well, unless you really don't want it to in which case just let me know [email protected]
